Introduce and implement Electronic HR Payroll System
SCOPE
yha had various legacy systems in place and non-effective management of personnel/employee records. The business was extremely labour intensive and required significant maintenance and licensing costs which varied dramatically.
The need to identify opportunity savings, 'value adds' was paramount.
IMPLEMENT
We initially formed an internal working party within the organisation to identify the needs of the business and the blue-sky vision.
A robust conventional tendering process was undertaken with full input, cooperation involvement from all Stakeholders.
DELIVER
Our work resulted in the introduction of an efficient and effective system being rolled out to the business. We were able to reduce the Supply Base and labour costs whilst identifying further benefits.
A vast improvement in employee retention coincided with an improvement in employee performance.
All value-added benefits were achieved within the budget set from the outset.
